Mooskn Refund & Exchange Policy
At Mooskn, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care. Because our skincare is made fresh and intended for personal use, we have specific guidelines to ensure safety and quality for all customers.
Refunds
We are happy to offer refunds only for unused, unopened, and intact products returned in their original condition.
To qualify for a refund:

The product must be new, unopened, and unused

Returned within 14 days of delivery

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method

Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable
Please note:
We cannot accept returns or refunds on opened skincare products for safety, hygiene, and quality-control reasons.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for new, unused, and unopened products only.
To qualify for an exchange:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us

Customer is also responsible for shipping costs for the replacement item

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery
If the item arrives used, opened, or damaged, we cannot process an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will replace it at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Items purchased at pop-up events or marked as final sale
